Partner Visa Subclass 820/801/309/100

Eligibility: 

You must be in a genuine relationship with Australian Citizen/ PR/ Eligible NZ Citizen

You marriage must be valid under Australian Law (married people only)

Your relationship must have existed for minimum of 12 months, if you are not married (De facto partners only)

You and your partner must be at least 18 years old 

You meet the health requirements and character requirements 

 

Perspective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300) 

You are in a relationship with someone overseas and want to bring him/her in Australia before getting married

You must be sponsored by Australian Citizen/PR/Eligible NZ Citizen

Meet the health and character requirements

Visa is granted for 9 months 

You need to get married within 9 months after the visa grant and apply for Partner Visa

 

PARENT CONTRIBUTORY VISA (SUBCLASS 143/173):

Eligibility: 

The applicant is parent of the child who is settled Australian Citizen/ PR or Eligible NZ Citizen

The applicant satisfies the balance of family unit (50% or more children need to be in Australia)

This is a permanent visa 

Visa can be applied in two steps i.e: Fist subclass 173, then after 2 years after the grant of 173, can lodge 143. 

 

CHILD VISA (SUBCLASS 101) :

The applicant is a dependent child of an Australian Citizen/ PR or Eligible NZ Citizen 

The dependent child can be step-child 

The applicant needs to be sponsored by eligible sponsor
