BUSINESS VISA 

Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) Visa Subclass 188

Eligibility: 

• Successful Business experience of minimum 4 years 

• Must be owner of the business Or at least 30% shareholder 

• Minimum Turnover of $500,000 per year 

• Minimum Personal and Business Financial Assets of $800,000 

• Must be less than 55 years old 

• IELTS score of 5 bands required (  Tuition fee of approximately $10,000 can be paid in lieu of IELTS)- for main applica

• Spouse needs minimum of 4.5 bands overall in IELTS or $5,000 tuition fee for English course 

• Duration of Visa: 4 years and 3 months ( After establishing business in Australia for 2 years, eligible for PR) 

• Minimum amount required for establishing the business in Australia starting from $200,000

This is a points based visa. Minimum required points are 65. Points are awarded for Age, Qualifications, business experience, business turnover, financial assets, English language proficiency and 10 points from the relevant State/ Territory.
